I had a great time at One San Luis Potosi! The breakfast was great, and my room was clean and spacious. Just a heads up, you can only access your floor with your key, made visiting family a bit tricky. Solid stay!

Well priced hotel located short walk to ponciano arriaga airport, the bus station, and the Industrial Area. Comfortable bed, beautiful and nice room with climate control, TV set and a writing table. Good choice of EXCELLENT options for meal. Good overall experience.

Food was a letdown. The coffee was particularly bad. I encountered slow water heating and a finicky AC unit that couldn't maintain a comfortable temperature. The sink and shower were clogged, and housekeeping isn't daily-you have to ask for it explicitly. For climate control, I couldn't find a comfortable setting. The room felt cramped for two people, lacking drawers or adequate luggage space. You can't visit family members on different floors without arranging a meet-up at the lobby, which can be inconvenient.
